Changing flights has never been easier. As of earlier this month, travellers can make pre-departure changes directly in Zeno, even after their tickets are issued. With instant pricing and real-time options, this functionality mirrors the existing Edifact change process but brings the added power of NDC content.
This means more control for travellers and arrangers who want quick, seamless adjustments.
New Capability: Online Cancellations
Alongside the changes, we’re excited to introduce to our clients the ability to cancel NDC bookings in Zeno even after ticketing. Whether it’s a change of plans or a shift in priorities, travellers can manage cancellations online with the same ease they already enjoy for other functions in Zeno.
It’s all about creating a self-service experience that aligns with what business travellers expect today – convenience, speed, and reliability.
