PRODUCT ADVISORY: American Airlines to fly SYD-LAX; Qantas to fly SYD-SFO

By 10 June 2015March 3rd, 2022News, Product Advisory

From 17 December 2015, American Airlines will begin flying direct between Sydney and Los Angeles on a daily basis, replacing four of Qantas’ Sydney-Los Angeles flights per week and one Melbourne-Los Angeles service per week.

This gives Qantas the capacity to fly a new non-stop Sydney-San Francisco route, which commences 20 December 2015 on peak days, with a view to extend to six times per week in 2016.

American Airlines SYD-LAX flight will operate on a Boeing 777-300ER, with eight first class seats, 52 business class seats and 220 economy seats.

These new services will add capacity to the popular North American route. For more information on all non-stop North American flight schedules, please click HERE.
