In the newly created role, Nicole is responsible for growing relationships with commercial partners including airline, car, hotel and all other third party stakeholders on behalf of the entire group.
“I’m really excited about joining such a respected brand,” Nicole says.
“Everything CT Connections stands for resonates with me, including its strong values and commitment to delivering best-in-class service to customers, suppliers and partners. CTC cares about people, is enjoying a growth period and is also at the forefront of innovation.
“I look forward to playing my part in this team’s future successes.”
Nicole, who most recently held the position of Global Industry Sales Manager at Virgin Australia, begins her role on March 14 and arrives with more than 24 years of travel industry experience holding various senior sales and operational roles.
With the CT Connections Travel Group only recently bringing Executive Edge Travel (high-touch luxury travel) under its umbrella alongside other brands including CT Connections (corporate) and Totem Group (events, group and incentive), it now comprises 117 staff and six offices across Australia.
The group’s brands are positioned to seamlessly leverage off each other on all facets of the business, further highlighting the CT Connections philosophy of “every connection counts”.
Gary Reichenberg, Director of CT Connections Travel Group, says: “We look forward to further strengthening our invaluable partnerships with our suppliers and ensure we continue to create growth and value to our joint customers. Nicole’s appointment is a key part of the implementation of future strategies across the group to ensure we enhance the group scale and capability across all brands. This ultimately strengthens the value to both our customers and our partners.”
